My clients are busy professionals across all time zones, which is why  coaching sessions are focused and well-prepared, and (typically) delivered via videoconferencing. An online client portal, provides 24/7 access to articles, tools, and videos  relevant to each client's needs and development goals, plus coaching session notes, automated reminders, and progress trackers.  

I get that investing in coaching makes sense only if there is some expected return on that investment. My promise of guaranteed results is simple: I get paid only if my coaching clients achieve measurable positive change in key leadership behaviors - and become more effective leaders. And this is not determined by me or my client, but by the key stakeholders around that leader.

 In my work with thousands of technical experts in knowledge organizations, I often see that great employees don’t automatically make great managers, let alone effective leaders. Instead of putting people with outstanding technical skills in executive positions and hope for the best, the most successful organizations ensure they actually have people there with the tools and skills needed for effective leadership. My training and workshops equip managers to engage in workplace conversations so that team members have the motivation, clarity and confidence they need to take initiative. As a result, they enable staff to think, innovate and do more of the heavy lifting in support of the organization’s results.
